About Me
I write dark romantasy as K.W. Beckett and science fiction as Kayden Beckett. I live in Sumter, South Carolina.
I have been writing since I was sixteen. At forty, Bloodright is the first story I finished. I am albino, legally blind, and have limited use of my left arm following a stroke at birth. I intend to keep going. My science fiction owes an honest debt to James S.A. Corey and The Expanse — the book that showed me what the genre could do when it took its characters seriously.
